I’ve been making purses again and though I don’t do tutorials (there are already lots of good ones out there) I wanted to show some of the steps. For this purse, it takes 38 squares of fabric, cut with our scallop square die for the Big Shot. I cut 8 of the print fabric and the rest solid, then glued in batting, quilted the squares with an X and sewed them together. To make the straps, cut strips, put batting inside and stitch both sides. The strap for the button is just a little strip, tacked down on the end. Add a button and you have a purse!
