I guess I liked my first card so much I went with the same colors for the second. Midnight Muse is a beautiful deep blue and you can use it with a lot of stamp sets. Stamping off is a basic, easy, yet great way to get different shades of the same color. I added a little texture under the main panel with the Needlepoint embossing folder. Just adds a little something to the card. The butterfly is stamped in Rich Razzleberry. The poor butterfly doesn’t have a body, so I drew it in with a marker. The sentiment is from Fabulous Phrases, which is has lots of words you can put together in quite a few combinations.

Time for more challenge cards! I chose Papaya Collage for my set this quarter. The first card has a base of Midnight Muse with Whisper White. I stamped off the leaf image to give it different shades of blue. You can’t really see the embossing below the white piece, but it’s there. I used the Needlepoint Border embossing folder. The sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Wishes. I like simple and elegant and I hope you find this one both.
